Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TriStateDumpIt.com, operated by TriState Party Zone LLC (referred to as "TriState Dump It," "we," or "us"). By using this website or renting equipment from us, you agree to the following terms.

Rentals and Service
Dumpster rentals are provided for a standard rental period of up to 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing at booking. Included disposal weight by size: 12-yard - 2 tons; 16-yard - 2 tons; 20-yard - 2 tons; 30-yard - 4 tons. Loads exceeding the included weight are billed per additional ton. The customer is responsible for providing clear, safe access for delivery and pickup, and for ensuring the container is not loaded above the fill line or with prohibited materials. Hazardous waste and materials prohibited by law or by the receiving landfill may not be placed in our containers; loads containing prohibited materials may be refused or billed for additional handling and disposal costs. Rental pricing shown on this website is current at the time of viewing; the price confirmed at booking controls.

Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional charges authorized by these terms - including overage weight, extended rental time, and prohibited-material handling - may be charged to the payment method on file.

Text (SMS) Messaging Terms
When you provide your mobile number through our website forms, website chat, or by phone and agree to receive texts, you enroll in the TriState Dump It text messaging program. Messages include quote follow-ups, delivery and pickup scheduling and confirmations, payment reminders, and requests for feedback or reviews. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
